Return Policy

You have 30 days to return an item for full credit on your credit card. If the item is returned after 30 days, you will receive store credit. If the item has since gone on sale, you will receive credit for the sale value.

Trunk Show items may be returned, but only for store credit.

Special orders are considered purchased when the order is placed and are returnable for store credit.

Online Returns

Online returns may be returned in store. If returning by mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please keep your tracking number because we cannot refund the item until we receive it.
