Return Policy

Effective September 1st: Full-price items are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, returns will be accepted for store credit only, up to 30 days from the purchase date. All items that are 40% off or more, will be elidible for store credit only for 14 days. All 75% off Merchandise is Final Sale. 

Trunk Show items may be returned, but only for store credit.

Online Returns

Online returns may be returned in store. If returning by mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please keep your tracking number because we cannot refund the item until we receive it.

When mailing back an item, you do not have to initiate a formal return through our website. You may simply mail back your items to the address above with your name and order # and we will refund your card or issue store credit (depending on when it is returned). 

HOLIDAY GIFT RETURN POLICY: DECEMBER 2025

We’re keeping our usual 14-day return policy — with a little holiday grace! If you’re giving a gift this season, your recipient may return it after the 14-day window (and before January 2) for store credit.
